Who we are
This website is operated by Kreativ Innovativ Vission (Pty) Ltd (KIV), a South African live entertainment and audio production business based in Cape Town. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@jackstone.info.
Information we collect
When you contact us or subscribe, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company, service interests, project location, message and the preferences you select. Our website may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, pages visited and basic website usage through hosting, security and analytics services.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, communicate about bookings and projects, provide requested services, administer our website, prevent abuse and understand site performance. We send optional updates or promotional messages only where there is an appropriate lawful basis, including consent where required.
Marketing and personalised advertising
Our forms provide separate choices for subscriptions and for optional marketing or personalised advertising. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Where you explicitly agree, we may use your contact details with advertising platforms such as Meta or Google to help show relevant KIV promotions, subject to applicable law and platform rules. We do not guarantee that an advertising platform will match your details. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
The website uses Wix for hosting and forms and Google Analytics for website measurement. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and may process technical information under their own terms. Where required, non-essential tracking should be controlled through appropriate cookie consent choices. We may also use email, CRM and advertising service providers to support the purposes described above.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate our website, communications and advertising, or where disclosure is legally required. Some providers may process information outside South Africa. We seek appropriate contractual and other safeguards as required by POPIA.
Security and retention
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information. We retain enquiry and business records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, applicable legal obligations, legitimate business records or dispute resolution. Marketing information is retained until withdrawal or until no longer needed, subject to necessary suppression records.
Your choices and rights
Subject to POPIA and applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, ask us to correct or delete information where appropriate, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Email info@jackstone.info with your request. You may also raise a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Children
Our services and website are not directed at children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children for marketing purposes.
